Step 1: Cleaning and Preparation
Our company has all of the products, professional equipment (using 15-degree or a zero-degree impact rotating nozzle which can remove dirt, mildew hard stains, efflorescence, weeds or paint), a combination of several chemicals needed to ensure every project is completed to the peak of perfection.
Step 2: Re-sand with jointing sand
The second step in the process stabilizes your pavers. After cleaning, but prior to sealing, a vital step in the process is to “re-sand” the grout joints between all of the paver. This ensures that water, weeds, and insects will not be able to get under or between the pavers, thereby protecting the structural stability of your paver driveway, sidewalk, walkway, porch, patio, or pool deck.
We use the FINEST SAND
Some Companies Called it SILICA SAND.
Step 3 - Apply 2 coats of protective Paver Sealer
Our paver sealing process will help to restore your brick paver patio, walkway, pool deck, driveway and/or courtyard to a like new appearance, while at the same time protecting your investment for years to come.
New Pavers Tampa can help you create the look that you’ve always wanted from you pavers by using only the highest quality of concrete paver sealer that will provide instant beauty, and added value to your home. We use a three step process when sealing pavers to ensure you receive the best results and optimum finish. We have over 10 years of paver sealing experience and provide our sealing service to residential homes located in Tampa, Clearwater and surrounding areas.
Sealing pavers is an art of its own, and when applied correctly, it can really enhance the look of your brick pavers. We provide a one year warranty on all paver sealing projects that have been cleaned and sealed only by our company. If you have brick pavers that currently have sealer applied, we recommend removing or stripping that sealer first before applying another layer of paver sealant. This will ensure an even coverage of the new paver sealant and ultimately provide a professional finish. We recommend sealing your brick pavers every two years for maximum beauty!
